Please be aware that most of our items are monogrammed for each customer. Once an item is monogrammed it can't be returned or exchanged for a simple change of mind but if there is anything you are unhappy with please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve your problem.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that are not received by us within 14 days of delivery, are not in new condition, or have missing tags. All return costs are your responsibility unless the goods are defective or faulty. If the goods are determined to be defective by us we will cover the return shipping costs. We recommend that you use a postal service with a tracking number as we are not liable for missing or damaged goods. All goods remain your property until received by Always Sunday.
